At Wabi Sabi Marshmallows, we take pride in providing you with the highest quality marshmallow treats. To ensure that each order is made with care and attention to detail, please allow up to two weeks for order processing and delivery.

Our order processing schedule is as follows:

  • Orders placed will be processed and made to order from Thursday to Sunday.
  • All orders will be posted on Monday for delivery.
  • For local customers, we offer the option to pick up your order at our store on Saturday mornings at 10am.

During the order processing period, our dedicated team will be working diligently to create your marshmallow treats using the finest ingredients. We carefully source our ingredients to ensure the highest quality and freshness, so you can enjoy the best possible flavors.

Once your order is ready, we will carefully package it to preserve its freshness and quality during transit. We use secure packaging materials to protect your marshmallow treats and ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Order Process

When placing an order with us, please keep the following timeline in mind:

  • Orders are processed within two weeks.
  • Order processing begins on Wednesday.
  • We make your marshmallow treats from Thursday to Sunday.
  • All orders are posted on Monday.
  • If you prefer to pick up your order, you can do so at 10am on Saturday mornings.

Return Policy

Please review our return policy below:

1. Cancellation before Processing

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so at least 48 hours before the processing begins.  This will incur a processing fee of 10%. 

2. Return after Shipping

If your order has already been shipped we can't issue a refund. If it has been damaged in transit take photographic evidence and take it to Australia Post to have them cover it with the insurance.  Any items thrown away or eaten can't be covered.

3. No Refund after Eating

Once you have consumed the marshmallow treats, we are unable to provide a refund.  We are unable to refund marshmallow if you have changed or mind or don't like the flavour.

3. Postage

We are not liable for incorrect addresses, if it goes missing in transit, if it's not collected from the post office or if the packaged is returned to sender we can't resend with new product as it's perishable. We can't reship due to postal delays.
